How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle it, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact – unless your school becomes a customer, in which case the agreement applies.

Who receives the data

We never sell personal data. We use the following suppliers (processors):

  • Cloudflare – website hosting and spam protection.
  • Resend – delivering email from the contact form.
  • Google – Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, only after your consent.

Some suppliers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Such transfers rely on an EU adequacy decision (for example the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, to restrict processing and to withdraw consent. Contact us at [email protected].

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
